After owning her own business for seven years, co-founder Carrie Worthington retired and moved into a caregiver role for her father and father-in-law. Helping them navigate assisted living, she quickly realized she could only provide so much support on her own.
To keep them feeling engaged, Carrie began searching online for letter services to connect her loved ones with pen pals. She found several, all of which were volunteer-based. This meant there was no guarantee her loved ones would ever receive a letter. And if they did, there was no telling what it would say—or when another might arrive.
Recognizing the obvious gap in the market, Carrie brought the idea to her daughter-in-law and future daughter-in-law, Kari Worthington and Sarah Nelson. Together, the trio started Send Warm Wishes: the first personalized, consistent, one-way letter service. We are very excited you're here!

Our
Mission
Our mission is to spread joy and foster connection through thoughtfully crafted, heartfelt letters to loved ones. Whether you're caring for an aging parent, supporting a friend going through a tough time, or simply wanting to brighten a loved one’s day, Send Warm Wishes makes it easy to show up with something meaningful—even from afar.
What Sets Us Apart
Personalization & Consistency: Our letters are customized based on each recipient's unique interests and sent out twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
Quality Control in Subject Matter & Readability: All letters are edited for consistency, clarity, and readability, with large text that's well suited for older eyes.
Safe, One-Way Correspondence: Our letters foster emotional connection without requiring a reponse, meaning there's no risk of your loved one divulging sensitive information.
Sent with Care: As a small, family-run operation, we care deeply about each recipient's experience. We package each envelope as if it were going to one of our own friends or family members.
