Once printed, customizable greeting cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have scheduled a card in advance and need to cancel your order before your card has been printed, send an email to admin@sendwarmwishes.com. We will refund the cost of the order minus processing fees. Please include the order number as well as your full name and the recipient’s full name.

Shipping is baked into our pricing, so there is no additional charge for delivery. All cards are shipped via USPS First Class mail. We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the U.S.

USPS advertises that First Class mail will be delivered within 1 to 5 business days. While this is largely accurate, it may take longer for cards to reach certain areas. Therefore, we do not guarantee delivery on a certain date. If you are scheduling a card in advance, we recommend erring on the side of caution and giving a few days of buffer to ensure it will arrive in time. Keep in mind that First Class mail will not be delivered on Sundays or USPS holidays.

We stand behind our letters and cards, but we know that everyone’s perspective is unique. If your loved one is not happy with our service for any reason, please reach out to our team at admin@sendwarmwishes.com. We take feedback seriously and will attempt to come to a fair resolution.

We are always looking for art to feature on our greeting cards cards. If you are interested in donating your own artwork—including drawings, paintings, photographs, or any other media that can be printed—please reach out to our team at admin@sendwarmwishes.com.

In exchange, your bio and contact info will be featured on our site, and your bio will be printed on the back of each card that features your work. We will also provide you with a discount code to use on a letter subscription or greeting card purchase.
