2. Fill out our online intake questionnaire (https://form.jotform.com/260543738238159)with your loved one's information, including their contact details, hobbies, favorite topics to discuss, and more.
3. We do the rest! Each month, your loved one will receive two personalized letters in the mail from the same sender (we call them Wishers). Letters are sent out on the 1st and 15th.
Each envelope includes:
• A thoughtful, personalized letter printed on high-quality card stock
• Large, modern text that's easy to read
• A distinctive envelope and first-class postage
• A photo, bookmark, or other small token to bring the letter to life
Every letter is different, but we make an effort to customize each message with information specific to your loved one. For the best results, we recommend sharing as much information as possible in our online questionnaire at checkout. The more we have to work with, the easier it will be to create a unique, personalized experience.

The letters we send are signed with aliases to protect the identities of the authors, or Wishers. While specific events and identifying information have been changed or omitted, the experiences and stories shared are drawn from our real, collective lives, and the sentiments genuine.
No. Our letter service is one-way, meaning there's no risk of your loved one sharing sensitive information. In place of a return address, each letter features the Send Warm Wishes logo in the upper lefthand corner of the envelope.
At the end of their subscription, your loved one will receive a notecard to provide feedback on the service. They will also be given the opportunity to thank their Wisher. All notecards are addressed to our business mailbox and distributed by our team.
We've found it can take several letters for recipients to feel engaged and connected to their Wisher (the person writing to them). As a result, our service is subscription-based, with letters sent out in the 1st and 15th of each month.
If you want to let a loved one know you are thinking about them without signing them up for a subscription, consider sending them a customizable greeting card (https://www.sendwarmwishes.com/category/customizable-greeting-cards)instead.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us at admin@sendwarmwishes.com.(mailto:admin@sendwarmwishes.com) We do not charge cancellation or termination fees.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only. Because each letter is created, personalized, and queued shortly after payment, payments already processed are non-refundable.
• If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
• If you cancel after your billing date, your cancellation will apply to the next cycle, and the current cycle will still be fulfilled.
Alternatively, you may temporarily pause your subscription at any time by emailing us at admin@sendwarmwishes.com.(mailto:admin@sendwarmwishes.com) Changes apply to the next billing cycle unless otherwise confirmed.

Personalized Letter Subscriptions
Because each letter is created, personalized, and queued shortly after payment, payments already processed are non-refundable.
• If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
• If you cancel after your billing date, your cancellation will apply to the next cycle, and the current cycle will still be fulfilled.
Customizable Greeting Cards
Once printed, customizable greeting cards cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have scheduled a card in advance and need to cancel your order before your card has been printed, send an email to admin@sendwarmwishes.com.(mailto:admin@sendwarmwishes.com) We will refund the cost of the order minus processing fees. Please include the order number as well as your full name and the recipient’s full name.
