Important: After placing your order, we will email you a link to our intake survey, which takes around 15-20 minutes to complete (you can check it out here ahead of time). You must complete the survey in order for us to process your subscription.

- Choose between a 6- or 12-month subscription. Letters are sent out twice a month, on the 1st and 15th.
- As soon as you check out, we will email you a link to our intake survey, where you will be asked to provide relevant details about your loved one. The survey should take around 15-20 minutes to complete (you can check it out here ahead of time).
- We craft thoughtful, personalized letters letting your loved one know someone is thinking about them. The service is one-way, so there's no risk of accidentally sharing sensitive information.

Receiving letters from Send Warm Wishes has given me something fun to look forward to. Before, my mailbox only brought bills and the occasional magazine.
