- As soon as you check out, we will email you a link to our intake questionnaire, where you will be asked to provide relevant details about your loved one. The form should take around 15-20 minutes to complete (you can check it out here ahead of time).
- We craft thoughtful, personalized letters letting your loved one know someone is thinking about them. Letters are sent out twice a month, on the 1st and 15th. The service is one-way, so there's no risk of accidentally sharing sensitive information.

Receiving letters from Send Warm Wishes has given me something fun to look forward to. Before, my mailbox only brought bills and the occasional magazine.
